Q: Czy masz już za sobą redukcję?
A: Tak, pierwszą taka poważna redukcje mam za sobą w 2013 roku. Poniższe zdjęcie jest jeszcze jak byłem w trakcie. Wtedy startowałem z podobnej wagi jak teraz – też cos koło 130kg. Po 8 miesiącach miałem już 91,3kg na liczniku. A potem zmiana pracy, trochę różnych problemów i waga wróciła.

Q: Jaki jest cel?
A: W sumie to są dwa.
Pierwszy – to jak zjadę z wagą do 90kg to zgolę brodę.
Drugi jest w sumie ciekawszy. Kiedyś wymyśliłem sobie, że zrobię trasę rowerem z Helu do domu.
Tak plus minus – to około 100km w siodełku. Na poniższym obrazku trasa jaką można przejechać.
