Wsparcie – From hell to better life

Wsparcie

We dwoje zawsze jest raźniej. Jest lepiej. Jest ciekawiej. Jest inaczej. We dwoje można zrobić zdecydowanie więcej.

Znam takich, co lubią robić trening samotnie — przychodzą na siłownie w takich godzinach kiedy nie ma nikogo, jeżdżą na rowerze w odludne miejsca i tak dalej.
Dobra przyznaję się bez bicia, ale nie przepadam za jeżdżeniem między ludźmi.

We dwoje można zrobić zdecydowanie więcej.

Więc jeśli macie kogoś z kim możecie nie tylko iść na trening, ale jeśli ktoś okaże Wam wsparcie w domu (nawet w zwykłych domowych obowiązkach) – to już wygraliście dodatkowe punkty.

Co ważne, nie musi być to ktoś z Waszej rodziny — może być to ktoś z Waszego bliskiego otoczenia — ktoś znajomy z pracy, ktoś z Waszego podwórka, klatki, bloku.

Najlepiej jak by to mimo wszystko był to ktoś z Waszych domowników — tak będzie łatwiej nie tylko o motywację na trening — ale także w innych aspektach walki o swój lepszy komfort życia.
