Abstynencja – From hell to better life

Abstynencja

Gdzieś widziałem albo wyczytałem ostatnio w internetach — że, zamiast porywać się, na nie wiadomo jakie duże cele, lepiej wyznaczyć sobie jakieś małe.

Stąd na Styczeń 2025 mam mały cel.
Na razie na teraz — co dalej zobaczymy.

Odstawiam alkohol.
Nic.
Zero.
Totalna abstynencja.
Wszystko idzie na ten miesiąc w odstawkę: wino, piwo, wódka, whisky a co za tym idzie, moje ulubione drinki też idą w odstawkę.
