Intensywny tydzień – From hell to better life

Intensywny tydzień

Za mną intensywny tydzień. I, mimo że lubię czasem taki czas na wysokich obrotach — to czuje jego intensywność. Mimo wszystko jest to uczucie pozytywne.

Od początku roku moja waga spadła o około +/- 13kg.
Tak mniej więcej.

W czasie tego tygodnia starałem się dbać o wszystkie aspekty:
– odpowiednie nawodnienie,
– odpowiednią ilość snu
– dobrze odżywianie
– spokojną głowę (choć akurat z tym był największy problem)

Ta końcówka wakacji to dość intensywna i ciężka.
